1st time Resident/visitor? Here is how to register. 

For Visitors:

1. Go to www.registermyplate.com
2. Select All Visitors
3. Enter unit number and code
4. Add vehicle informaiton
5. Wait for confirmation (note visitor registrations are only good for 24 hours)

For Residents:

1. Go to www.registermyplate.com
2. For Residents: Under RESIDENT Click on First Time User Register. 
3. Add your vehicle (A max of - Two (2) vehicle per 1 bedroom/2 bedroom unit & Three (3) vehicles per 3 bedroom unit.) *Your license plate number is your parking permit! Ensure it is entered correctly. *  a. Please note: If you do not own a vehicle, you must still register so your visitor can check in when visiting. 
4. Submit a copy of your Apartment Lease Contract and Valid Vehicle Insurance Card with lease signers name printed on it. These documents are required to approve your parking request. 
5. Confirm and Submit. You will receive a confirmation email once submitted. Please check your email 24 hours after you submit your parking registration for your parking status. A parking permit is not required or issued as parking will be license plate enforced. It is your responsibility as a resident to ensure your license plate is entered accurately
