Please refer to Article 13.6 of the Association Documents for the Owner's responsibility for insurance. Each Owner will obtain and maintain property insurance insuring against no less than all risks of direct physical loss commonly insured against, including fire and extended coverage, on all alterations, additions, betterments and improvements to the Owner's Unit and Limited common Elements assigned thereto, which are made by the Owner in an amount sufficient to cover 100 percent of the replacement cost of any repair or reconstruction in event of damage or destruction from any insured hazard. Further, each owner will obtain and maintain general liability insurance on his unit and on Limited Common Elements assigned thereto. Each Owner will provide the Association with proof of insurance.
