Our new website allows for us to quickly and effectively communicate with owners, residents and management companies. The new website has a Maintenace Request feature so residents can quickly communicate information to the management company. When you complete a Maintenance Request, it is emailed to the management company and a board member, and a copy is sent back to you for your records. In addition, it is automatically logged into our task management system.
Owners can update information for their unit via the website and can also view HOA Governing Documents, Board Meeting Minutes, Insurance, Financials, and other important information on their personal page.
